Normalmente, tiene una forma redonda y regular y su tama\u00f1o es casi id\u00e9ntico en ambos lados. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: BabelSans; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;\">El examen pupilar sirve, ante todo, para detectar anomal\u00edas neurol\u00f3gicas que alteran la forma de la pupila. Los reflejos pupilares comprenden el reflejo fotomotor directo y el indirecto o reflejo consensuado, que es la respuesta a la luz que incide sobre el ojo contralateral.
