Este es el tejido fortalece las estructuras corporales. Los trastornos del tejido conectivo afectan los sistemas esquel\u00e9tico y cardiovascular, al igual que los <b>ojos<\/b>y la piel. Es causado por defectos en un gen llamado fibrilina-1. Este gen juega un papel importante como pilar fundamental para el tejido conectivo en el cuerpo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: BabelSans; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;\">Este padecimiento provoca en los ojos, cataratas y otros problemas como la luxaci\u00f3n del cristalino.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: BabelSans; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;\">En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, se transmite de padres a hijos (hereditario). Sin embargo, hasta el 30% de los pacientes no tiene un antecedente familiar, lo cual se denomina \u00abespor\u00e1dico\u00bb.
